The self-catering apartment offers guests a double en-suite bedroom on the ground floor and lounge, kitchen, toilet and enclosed balcony on the first floor. Guests will love the panoramic views of the Bude canal and marshes from the balcony.

 

Situated in a quiet residential close, just a few minutes walk from the town centre, beaches and restaurants. The apartment offers guests peace and tranquility, being adjacent to the cycle path and footpath, guests can enjoy a traffic-free walk into town.

 

There is parking outside and the off-road cycle track is a few minutes away. Guests can also use the garage to store any beach items, bicycles, etc. There is a beautiful shared garden to enjoy with other guests.

  • A £100 (non-refundable) deposit to be paid to secure your booking.
  • The balance is to be paid four weeks before your arrival. Cheques made payable to Mrs N. Shepherd.
